How will I be informed that my booking has been completed?
When your booking is completed, we will email you or notify you by phone that your booking has been completed successfully.
What if my flight is delayed?

How do I find the driver on arrival?
Our driver will be waiting for you outside the arrival gate holding a sign with your name on it.
Do you provide special seats for babies or children?
We provide child seats for babies and children. During the booking process, the baby seat control box must be completed so that our drivers can fit the child seat in advance.
Is pet transportation provided?
Please have your own special transport cages for your pets with you during the booking process, complete the pet check box so that our drivers are aware.
Why book in advance for my transfer in Crete?
