Terms of Transfer Service
AV Safe Transfer reserves the right to change or supplement these Service Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued access or use of the Service Terms after such changes or supplements indicates your acceptance of the Terms as changed or supplemented.
ABOUT AV Safe Transfer
AV Safe Transfer is Special Request Travel, authorized car rental company, has legal, administrative and operational head office in Heraklion. This allows the company to be present at the forefront of the whole Crete territory.
Our car rental services with driver include:
Transfers to and from Airport, Port and Hotels
Accompanying VIP clients, delegations and guests with representation vehicles
Transport for conferences, meetings, trade shows, sporting and cultural events
Long transfers, tours, customized tours, shopping & city tours
Services for private companies and professional offices
Operation service 24/7
All advertised fares are subject to change without notice.
The rate quoted, prior to your trip, is an estimate based on the information you provided at the time of the reservation.
Any changes made to your route (pick up or drop off point) after pick-up may result in additional charges. Be sure to get an updated price from the driver or the office before proceeding on your way.
CANCELLATIONS AND NO-SHOW POLICY
We understand that you may sometimes need to cancel the booking. Please read Cancellation Policy in full.
When you prepay a reservation our policy regarding cancellations is that they must be made by e-mail at (email@example.com) or by phone at(+30)690 730 6006.
You may be charged cancellation fee depending on the timing advance of the cancellation. In general, if the booking is cancelled at least 48 hours before confirmed pick up time, all funds will be reimbursed. If the booking is cancelled at least 24 hours before the pickup time, 70% of funds will be reimbursed. No funds will be reimbursed, if the booking is cancelled less than 24 hours before the pickup time.
If AV Safe Transfer is unable to contact the passenger or related contact person 1 hour after the scheduled pick-up time, by means of the information provided on the reservation, then the ride will be considered a no-show and will be abandoned. Not being at your pick-up location without notifying AV Safe Transfer may result in a no-show charge and no funds will be reimbursed.
AV Safe Transfer requires that all changes be received by phone, email or through our website at least 3 hours prior to pick-up. If a change made less than three hours prior to pick-up cannot be accommodated, the resulting cancellation may cause a full or partial charge to the customer.
RATES AND BILLING
All rates are subject to audit after order completion. Occasionally changes must be made to correct mathematical errors or to reflect additional stops and waiting time.
AV Safe Transfer Services are inclusive of taxes.
AFFILIATE SERVICE POLICY
AV Safe Transfer utilizes, at its discretion, affiliates to provide Ground Transportation services as requested by our clients.
Vehicle Images presented on the AV Safe Transfer Websites may differ from the actual vehicle.
LOST OR DAMAGED ITEMS
AV Safe Transfer and its Affiliates are not responsible for lost or damaged items left in the vehicles. We make every effort to locate items that has been left in one of our vehicles. We retain found items for 30 days. If you have left a personal item in one of our vehicles and wish to retrieve it, you can report by contacting us via email or you may also call our office at (+30) 690 730 6006.
AV Safe Transfer reserves the right to charge a delivery fee for returning found items. These fees are based on the full travel rates.
EXCLUSIONS AND LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY
AV Safe Transfer and its Affiliates are not responsible for missed flights, abandoned plans or losses incurred due to circumstances that are beyond our control. These circumstances include but are not limited to, causes beyond its reasonable control, acts of God and Nature, travel congestion, road closures, accidents, flight and weather delays.
AV Safe Transfer liability for all causes whatsoever arising shall be limited to your actual damages, in an amount not to exceed the sum of all charges paid by you for the fare.
Any animal over 10kg. must ride in a minivan or van, with the exception of service dogs.
All animals must be leashed or in a carrier when traveling in a AV Safe Transfer affiliated vehicle.
We request that when traveling with a pet, you notify a reservationist in advance so that AV Safe Transfer can accommodate you. If you fail to notify a reservationist that you are traveling with a pet, the driver reserves the right to refuse to transport the pet.
You and AV Safe Transfer. have agreed to these Service Terms, for all purposes.
